THE IOIÔ HOSTEL

We are accommodation with capacity for up to 100 people and a social area that works as a Bar and Restaurant with capacity for up to 200 people. We are located in Cabo Frio, 400m from Praia das Palmeiras and Shopping ParkLagos, 200m from the trendiest street of bars today. The Porto Alegre Street. We are 2km from Rua dos Biquines and 1.8km from Praia do Forte.

We have a transfer service to the beach for R$2.50/person that leaves you on the beach sidewalk. We operate the bar weekly with a big screen and Happy Hour live music for your enjoyment.

WHAT IS THE PROJECT?

We are preparing this project to create a real partnership with travel agencies that bring tours to Cabo Frio and region.

The Project consists of having the loyalty of partner agencies, offering quality accommodation and services at costs well below market prices.

Our idea with this page is to publicize this business model to analyze the real feasibility.

Once there is sufficient adhesion from the agencies, we will move forward in the project scope to implement it. If there is no interest, we will finish the project.

HOW IT WORKS?

Your agency becomes a partner by paying an annual fee of R$600.00, which is equivalent to a monthly fee of R$50.00. By paying this annual fee, the agency will be able to bring your tour as many times as you wish during the year for the amount mentioned above. The basic operating rules are found below.

RULES AND BENEFITS

  1. Reservation confirmation will only be completed with payment of 50% of the total reservation. The remainder can be paid in installments and must be fully paid up to 10 days before the check-in date.

  2. 10% discount on meals in our Restaurant. (Menu in our Bar-Restaurant).

  3. 10% discount on consumption in our Bar.

  4. FREE breakfast .

  5. Discount on boat trips in Arraial do Cabo or Cabo Frio (R$50.00 per person).

  6. The Agencies must, at each chosen date, bring a minimum of 45 people.

  7. Agencies must stay at least 2 nights, being able, for example, to check-in on Saturday at 7:00h and check-out on Sunday until 15:00h ( 2 nights ).

  8. Except holidays where the values ​​will be, a 20% discount is applied to our daily rate.
